The battery in the laptop will not charge when it is in the docking station but will charge when I pull it out of the docking station and plug the AC adaptor directly into the laptop itself. Unplug the docking station from the wall plug. If the system is connected to a Docking Station remove it from the Dock and test again with the correct AC Adapter for the system or try with a known good working AC Adapter.
This decision making and manually plugging-unplugging the cable is the same as toggling.
